Hey, I'm Esperanza Dominguez

I bring hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and digital communications, with a focus on building clear, consistent messaging across modern platforms. Having worked directly in digital strategy and campaign execution, I understand how audiences engage with information and what drives meaningful connection online.

At BTO Financial Group, I play a key role in leading our social media presence and digital campaigns. My work helps ensure our content aligns with an education-first approach while remaining approachable, relevant, and consistent across platforms.

I also contribute to the strategic direction of our digital outreach, helping shape how our message is communicated and experienced online. This includes campaign planning, content direction, and maintaining a cohesive brand voice across channels.

In parallel with my work at BTO Financial Group, I am in the process of forming a nonprofit organization. This perspective informs my approach to storytelling and outreach, helping ensure our digital presence remains thoughtful, authentic, and purpose-driven.

Hey, I'm Esperanza Dominguez!

I bring firsthand insight into educator retirement planning through eight (8) years of experience as a classroom teacher and two (2) directly assisting Executives at the Department of Education. Having worked directly in education, I understand the real-world questions and decision points teachers face when planning for their financial future.

At BTO Financial Group, I play a key role in shaping our teacher-focused planning approach. My experience helps ensure our plan package recommendations are grounded in how educators actually think, evaluate options, and make decisions—not just in theory, but in practice.

I also serve as an internal advisor on educator mindset, priorities, and communication. Through a strong professional network that includes senior officials within departments of education, I help keep our strategies aligned with the realities of the education system.

My experience spans public schools, private institutions, charter schools, and education-related business services. This perspective helps ensure our teacher retirement guidance remains clear, relevant, and authentically educator-centered.
